When I'm not working in my yard, I like to "sit for a spell" and . . . think . . . enjoy . . . observe.
Answers pop into my head . . . problems become smaller . . . ideas grow . . . when I'm in the garden.
It's one of my favorite places to be. So many life lessons . . . resilience . . . persistence . . . patience . . . flexibility . . . cooperation . . . are taught by the garden.
The garden speaks to me and new ideas sprout in my mind. I must get up . . . immediately . . . and rearrange the flower pots or relocate a plant to a new spot.
Enjoying the fruit of my hard work is extremely satisfying. It's great when a plan comes together . . . with a few modifications, of course. :-)
There's so much to observe, the . . . flowers . . . birds and other garden creatures scurrying about.
There's the warm sunshine to soak up while I relax in the adirondak chair on a glorious spring day. The breeze in my hair on a refreshingly cool autumn morning.
