Welcome to my zone 9 garden. My roots are deeply planted in the sandy soil of sub-tropical central Florida, where the summers are long and hot, but the rest of the year is paradise!

Color in the December Garden

The poinsettias did well this year. They bloomed right on schedule.

A holiday bromeliad,
and holly berries for the mockingbirds.
And a little bit of yellow, as well.

Hi
Do you know the name of your holiday bromeliad? I have this one and would like to identify it. It does well here in northwest Florida.
